1. Using Subo

Subo is designed for personal use to track and manage your subscriptions. You agree not to misuse the app, copy its contents, attempt to extract source code, or redistribute it without explicit permission.

2. In-App Purchases

Subo offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features:

• Non-renewing subscription purchases:
  • 12 Months prepaid access to unlimited
• Non-consumable purchase:
  • "Forever Pass" (one-time purchase granting permanent access)

All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and conditions.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Subo provides tools to assist you in managing subscriptions, renewal dates, and calculations. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data shown. You remain responsible for managing and verifying your subscriptions independently.

4. Third-Party Trademarks and Logos

Subo displays logos, colors, and names of popular subscription services solely for informational and template purposes. We explicitly disclaim any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or relationship with these services. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. External Links

Subo may include external links to third-party websites or services (such as feedback surveys). We have no responsibility or control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of external services.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gestalt Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use Subo. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of Subo implies acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in The Hague, Netherlands.
